Pete Mizell

This was the second of two t-shirt designs created for Pete Mizell, a singer-songwriter from Nashville, Tennessee who currently lives in Saigon, Vietnam.

The design was inspired by the lyrics to the song "Lucy", from the album "Songs For Lost Hikers", which you can listen to on his bandcamp.

The design features a skeleton version of Pete, done in a style reminiscent of Mexican-inspired Loteria card art, common in his Texan hometown. I love drawing skeletons, so it was a win for me.
